Nightlong is sold as a 90-night protocol, and the guarantee runs the full length of it. Take Nightlong every night for 90 nights. If your nights aren’t better, one email gets your full purchase price back — and you keep the bottles.

How to claim the guarantee

  1. Complete the full 90-night protocol — the ingredients were studied over 8–12 week windows, so the honest test takes 90 nights.
  2. Email support@getnightlong.com with your order number, any time between night 90 and 150 days after delivery.
  3. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No return label, no forms, no phone tree, no questions beyond “what’s your order number?”

What the guarantee covers

  • Both purchase options — one-time purchases and subscriptions — carry the same 90-night guarantee.
  • For subscriptions, the guarantee applies to your first 90-night supply: the honest test window.
  • You keep the bottles. We don’t accept or require returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@getnightlong.com with a photo and your order number — we’ll replace it free of charge, immediately, without affecting your guarantee.

Subscription cancellations

Cancelling a subscription is not a refund request — it just stops future charges, and you can do it online in one click, anytime, from your account. You’ll always receive a reminder email before any renewal is charged.
