Shipping Policy
Free US shipping, always. Every Nightlong order ships free anywhere in the United States — no minimums, no thresholds.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Subscription shipments
Subscription renewals ship automatically on your renewal date, every 90 days. You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal, and you can skip, delay by 30 days, or cancel any upcoming shipment from your account — online, in one click.
Wrong or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email support@getnightlong.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.
Address changes
Need to change a delivery address after ordering? Email support@getnightlong.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t left the warehouse, we’ll update it.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’d like Nightlong shipped elsewhere, email support@getnightlong.com — knowing where demand is helps us decide where to expand.
